Sportsnet.ca — Scarborough, Ont. native Jonathan De Guzman has chosen to play for the Netherlands.
He spent Wednesday evening in Rotterdam in a line-up to pick up his passport and now he’s made it official.
De Guzman told Sportsnet.ca it was a tough decision to make but in the end he could not afford to miss out on the opportunity.
