Real beats Milan on penalties to capture ICC

SHANGHAI — Real Madrid won the Chinese edition of the International Champions Cup on Thursday by beating AC Milan 10-9 on penalties following a 0-0 draw in Shanghai.

Madrid goalkeeper Kiko Casilla converted with a right-footed shot to the top left corner and then saved Gianluigi Donnarumma’s attempt.

Real Madrid beat Inter Milan 3-0 in Guangzhou on Monday.

The Chinese zone of the pre-season tournament featured Real Madrid, Milan and Inter Milan.
