Vancouver Whitecaps midfielder Russell Teibert inked a new three-year-deal and joined Sportsnet 650’s Perry Solkowski and Randip Janda to talk about the nature of negotiations.
“I trust this organization and I trust in the plan they have for me,” Teibert said.
On players coming and going, “I have seen a lot of change in seven years,” said the 24-year-old. “You might see even more change coming into next season.”
Teibert also said he’s put in his him time and said he’s ready for more responsibility, ideally as a go-to starter.
