PRAGUE, Czech Republic — Czech Republic striker Vaclav Kadlec is returning to his former Czech club Sparta Prague on loan from the Bundesliga’s Eintracht Frankfurt.
Sparta says in a statement Kadlec will rejoin the club until the end of the season.
After he signed for Frankfurt from Sparta in August 2013, Kadlec scored five goals in his first season in the Bundesliga and added two more in the Europa League, but he was rarely used in his second season.
Kadlec scored 39 goals in 146 games for Sparta before moving to Frankfurt.
The 22-year-old has made nine appearances for the Czech national team, scoring twice.
