Wayne Rooney is used to playing in front of sell-out crowds at The Theatre of Dreams, but the Manchester United star probably wouldn’t sell out any concert halls with his singing abilities (or lack thereof).
The England international was filmed in a New York City bar recently singing Johnny Cash’s Folsom Prison Blues.
Rooney’s ex-teammate Cristiano Ronaldo seems to approve of the performance. Right, Cristiano?
This isn’t the first time Rooney has taken over the mic. He performed a Robbie Williams song with Ed Sheeran just a couple of days ago.
The 29-year-old also performed a duet with Sheeran in a pub where they sung the artist’s own Lego House.
Rooney has even performed in front of his United teammates at the club’s Christmas party last December.
Rooney definitely chose the right profession.
