Watch: Injured Kobe back on the treadmill

Just a few months after tearing his Achilles tendon, Los Angeles Lakers guard Kobe Bryant posted a video of himself running on an anti-gravity machine.

While the video is not the most spectacular piece of footage ever pieced together, it is a positive sign for those within the Lakers organization.

Of course, expectations should be tempered by the fact that he is running on an anti-gravity machine which means he isn’t running on his full body weight.

Bryant, who was sidelined with just a couple of games remaining on the regular season schedule, recently said that he likely won’t be ready to return in time for the start of the NBA season.
