Coast Mental Health Foundation launches Courage 2 Go Further

SN650 has teamed up with Coast Mental Health Foundation to announce a brand new opportunity for people to take on a personal challenge, while raising critical funds for people living with mental illness with The Courage 2 Go Further campaign.

Participants can sign up NOW to take on a challenge that is entirely individual to them, to complete at a time and place of their choice. Participants are encouraged to take part in July and August.

Whether it’s cycling 100km or 10km around Stanley Park; hiking the Grouse Grind; walking around the block every day for a month; running a 5km or 50km; or swimming 1km, no challenge is too small, or too big. It just needs to push the individual further than they’ve been before.

The Courage 2 Go Further event is being backed by three Olympic athletes: Joanie Caron (Olympic Cyclist), Rachel Cliff (Olympic hopeful) and Chris Winter (Olympic Runner) who have come on board as Courage Champions.
