Edler and Tanev will draw lots of interest around league

David Pagnotta of The Fourth Period joins Dan and Randip to talk about the latest rumblings around the NHL. He says that injuries and declining performance could hurt the trade value of Alex Edler and Chris Tanev, but lots of teams will still be interested in them. Pagnotta also talks about the likelihood of Jeff Carter leaving the Kings. He says that Carter is available and there's lots of interest in the veteran. Carter will be able to choose his destination.

Rivers and Chargers getting hot at the right time

Judy Battista of the NFL Network joins Dan and Randip to preview break down week 15 in the NFL. The Chargers scored a big comeback win against the Chiefs, and Battista says she's excited to see LA round into form. Phillip Rivers is one of the best quarterbacks to never win a Super Bowl. She also says the Chargers don't have much of a home advantage, but are dangerous on the road. Plus, she previews the Patriots versus the Steelers.

Chuck Fletcher on turning things around in Philadelphia

The new general manager of the Philadelphia Flyers Chuck Fletcher chats with Dan and Randip. He says the Flyers are a talented team with some good young players. They can score goals, but their biggest problem is keeping the puck out of their own net. Some of that is goaltending, and some of that is on the rest of the team. Fletcher says he wants the team to stay competitive as they develop their young players.
