Mike Commodore on never having lost in any Game 7
April 24 2018
The seven-team NHLer, now retired of course, joins the hosts of the Starting Lineup to support -- shocking, isn't it? -- something Mike Babcock said, which is to embrace the anguish and expectation of an NHL Game 7. He will not be watching the Maple Leafs, for the record, but he assumes it'll be a great game and a landslide victory for the Bruins. In Bill Peters, the Calgary Flames have a decent guy who did not accomplish anything in Carolina.

We'll finally see how Elias Pettersson ranks alongside NHLers
April 24 2018
Sportsnet prospect analyst Ryan Biech joins the Starting Lineup to preview Elias Pettersson at the world championship nest week as the SHL's top scorer under 20 -- ever -- in the regular season and playoffs. The tournament will be a good indication of what he might be able to do in the NHL. If anyone other than Thomas Gradin told you they were expecting this from the Swede, they are probably lying. They discuss the NHL draft and why he likes blue-liner, Adam Boqvist.

Todd Bertuzzi: 'The playoffs are blowing my mind'
April 24 2018
On this Bertuesday, the retired NHLer joins the Starting Lineup to talk post-season and why he things "hockey is so darn good right now." It has a lot to do with scoring coming from all lines thanks to roster depth and a full compliment of speed and talent. Record-setter Elias Pettersson is already doused in gold. "If there wan't enough pressure on... good on him." He's a figure of the transition and the work scouts are putting in. He's a reason Vancouver hockey fans should tune in to watch the world championship. They talk Ovechkin and what potential the Caps have in the next round.
