Freddie Andersen will be Leafs' X-factor against favoured Bruins
April 25 2018
ESPN's NHL reporter Emily Kaplan calls in from Boston to preview Game 7 between the Leafs and Bruins. How are players feeling? She paraphrases: "Duh, of course this is a big deal. There is nothing more to say! Of course we are excited." Boston is the favourite, plus also has home ice advantage, but the X-factor is Freddy Andersen. Auston Matthews needs to have a big night and also show up in the second round for the Leafs to contend. There is more pressure on Boston, just look at Cam Neely.

Mark Schofield on predicting Pats' moves at NFL draft: 'This is what we live for'
April 25 2018
The Locked on Patriots podcaster and football analyst joins Sat and Jawn to break down the options for the Pats in our mock NFL draft. The options on the board were Leighton Vander Esch, Jaire Alexander, Mike Hughes and Billy Price. The audience went with cornerback Alexander, a pick he likes because it would mean man coverage in the secondary, which Belichick loooooves to do. New England picks again at no. 31. They could go linebacker, edge rusher, even quarterback. "There are a lot of different directions they could go."

Why the Seahawks need to draft pass protection to shore up their o-line
April 25 2018
Danny Kelly from The Ringer joins Sat and Jawn to talk about the interactive mock draft hosted on Twitter by The Playbook. On the board for the Seahawks are Isaiah Wynn, Nick Chubb, Maurice Hurst and Mike Hughes. "That's tough! I lean towards Wynn," he says. "When Russell Wilson is protected, he can really ball out. He can do some damage." Wynn is a very good pass protector who could start immediately at guard, he says. But what really happens tomorrow when the Hawks pick at the 18th spot? They need an edge rusher, so if Marcus Davenport or Harold Landry is still available, they're strong options. Is Earl Thomas still in Seattle? "Flip a coin."
