Bruins agree to one-year deal with forward John Beecher

The Boston Bruins have retained forward John Beecher on a one-year contract.

Beecher’s deal will come with a $900,000 cap hit for the 2025-26 season.

The 24-year-old played in 78 games this past season and recorded three goals and eight assists. In 130 career NHL games, all with the Bruins, Beecher has 10 goals and 11 assists.

Boston selected the Elmira, N.Y., native in the first round of the 2019 NHL Draft.
