Canucks sign forward Kiefer Sherwood to two-year deal

The Vancouver Canucks have been busy on the opening day of NHL free agency.

Canucks general manager Patrik Allvin announced that the team has signed forward Kiefer Sherwood to a two-year, $3 million deal on Monday.

Sherwood played 68 games with the Nashville Predators last season and recorded 10 goals and 17 assists.
