Goalie Cal Petersen signs one-year deal with Wild

Cal Petersen is heading to the Minnesota Wild.

The goaltender has signed a one-year, $775,000 deal with the Wild, the NHL team announced Wednesday.

Petersen spent the entire 2024-25 season in the AHL with the Philadelphia Flyers’ Lehigh Valley squad. He has a 2.96 goals-against average and .903 save percentage in 106 career NHL games with the Los Angeles Kings and Flyers.
