Hurricanes sign Tyson Jost to one-year deal

Forward Tyson Jost signed a one-year $775,000 deal with the Carolina Hurricanes on Monday.

Jost split last season between the Buffalo Sabres and their AHL affiliate in Rochester. He had three goals and three assists in 43 games with the Sabres.

Jost, 26, has 57 goals and 83 assists in 456 career NHL games with Colorado, Minnesota and Buffalo.
