Minnesota Wild sign D Jake Middleton to four-year extension

The Minnesota Wild announced on Tuesday they had signed defenceman Jake Middleton to a four-year, $17.4 million contract extension

The contract comes with AAV of $4.35 million and kicks in for 2025-26 season.

Middleton, 28, from Stratford, Ont., had 25 points and 77 penalty minutes last season with the Wild, along with 148 hits and 161 blocked shots in 80 games.
