Rangers re-sign LW Will Cuylle to two-year, $7.8M deal

Will Cuylle won’t be leaving the Big Apple anytime soon.

The New York Rangers made sure of it, agreeing to terms with the winger on a two-year, $7.8 million deal, the team announced on Tuesday.

Cuylle, 23, spent the entirety of his three-year NHL career with the Rangers after being drafted in the second round (60th) overall in 2020.

Last season, he played all 82 games for New York, recording 45 points (20 goals, 25 assists) and finishing plus-12, all of which were career highs.
