The Baltimore Ravens will be without their top pass catcher for the second straight week.
After testing out his injured knee in pre-game warmups, Pro Bowl wide receiver Zay Flowers is officially inactive for Baltimore’s Divisional round matchup against the Buffalo Bills Sunday.
Flowers injured his knee early in the Ravens’ Week 18 win against Cleveland and sat out the wild-card win last week. He was listed as doubtful after missing practice all week.
Flowers has blossomed into Baltimore’s top receiver in his second season. In 17 games, he caught 74 passes for 1,059 yards and four touchdowns as he became the first Ravens WR to be named a Pro Bowler.
The Ravens elevated fellow wideout Anthony Miller from the practice squad Saturday in anticipation that Flowers would be out. Miller had three catches for 12 yards in Baltimore’s 28-14 wild-card playoff win over Pittsburgh after having just one reception in two regular-season appearances.
