Noah Juulsen is reuniting with head coach Rick Tocchet.

The right-shot defenceman has signed a one-year, $900,000 contract with the Philadelphia Flyers, the team announced Tuesday.

Juulsen, 28, appeared in 35 games for the Vancouver Canucks in 2024-25, recording no points, 21 penalty minutes, a minus-12 rating and an average ice time of 16:17.

He missed the final three months of the season with a lower-body injury that required surgery. Earlier in the year, he was also sidelined with an undisclosed injury.

Drafted 26th overall by Montreal in 2015, the Surrey, B.C., native has recorded 17 points (three goals and 14 assists) in 157 career NHL games with the Canadiens and Canucks.
