Senators acquire centre Patrick Brown from Flyers for pick

The Ottawa Senators have acquired centre Patrick Brown from the Philadelphia Flyers for a sixth-round pick in the 2023 draft.

The 30-year-old Brown has two goals and five assists in 43 games for the Flyers this season.

Brown, a native of Bloomfield Hills, Mich., is on the final year of a two-year deal with a cap hit of $750,000.

The undrafted Brown has eight goals and 11 assists for 19 points in 120 career NHL games with the Carolina Hurricanes, Vegas Golden Knights and Philadelphia Flyers.
