Wild forward Ryan Hartman fined $4.4K for high-sticking Jets’ Cole Perfetti

The NHL’s Department of Player Safety fined Minnesota Wild forward Ryan Hartman $4,427.08 on Tuesday for high-sticking Winnipeg Jets forward Cole Perfetti in Sunday’s game.

The incident happened at 1:51 of the first period, appearing to occur off the faceoff. No penalty was called on the play.

The fine is the maximum allowable under the Collective Bargaining Agreement and goes to the Players’ Emergency Assistance Fund.
