Angels’ Mike Trout lives a dream, makes live weather report

In case you forgot, Los Angeles Angels superstar Mike Trout really likes weather.

So when the Eastern American seaboard is getting pounded by a snowstorm that’s causing teams across the NHL and NBA to cancel games you better believe that the Angels’ stormchaser-in-training will be on the scene and reporting live.

Trout recently got to live out a dream of sorts by appearing as a weather correspondent with the Weather Channel’s Jim Catore, where he reported about the situation in South Jersey and how much he “loves it.”

Trout was able to get in contact with Catore after he tweeted at him with this video of him driving through the snow squall the night before.

If there was any doubt before over Trout’s love of all things weather, that footage should be all the evidence you need. (If you’re the Angels or an Angels fan, however, his obsession with extreme conditions has to be a little bit unnerving, no?)

But hey, if this whole baseball thing doesn’t work out for him, at least it looks like he has a career in what may very well be his true love.
