Report: A-Rod, Madonna on sex tape

A cameraman is demanding a fortune for a sex tape he says features Madonna and New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez, a British newspaper is reporting.

According to the Daily Star, the camerman is alleging he shot the video with a hidden camera in an apartment used by the pair for secret flings.

Madonna’s lawyers told the Daily Star they were "aware" of the camerman’s claims but did not comment.

In a series of emails sent to British media outlets, the cameraman alleges the footage was shot two months ago in an apartment owned by a friend of Madonna.
The camerman is also a friend of the apartment owner and claims that when he found out he installed a hidden camera in the living room with the lens pointed at the sofa.

A legal expert told the Daily Star that even if the video exists, and if his claims are true the cameraman could face prosecution for voyeurism and burglary.

"Even if the video existed it would probably be seized by the courts."
Madonna has steadfastly insisted that she is just a friend of Rodriguez, who is 33 next week, and has been helping him look for an apartment in New York. Rodriguez, who is going through a divorce from wife Cynthia, has refused to comment.
