The Toronto Blue Jays have activated infielder Yangervis Solarte from the disabled list and he will start at second base against the Cleveland Indians on Sunday.

Solarte suffered a Grade 2 right oblique strain on Aug. 11 against the Tampa Bay Rays and has been inactive ever since.

The 31-year-old has hit .233 with 17 home runs and 53 RBIs in 111 games this season.
