Blue Jays manager Charlie Montoyo ejected for 1st time against Twins

Charlie Montoyo gets tossed after arguing a strike-call with the umpire. It's Montoyo's first ejection of his career.

Toronto Blue Jays manager Charlie Montoyo was ejected Wednesday night for arguing balls and strikes against the Minnesota Twins.

It’s the first time the rookie manager has been tossed from a game.

The Blue Jays were losing 6-0 at the time of the ejection and are 1-5 in their last six games.

Montoyo was hired by Toronto in the off-season to replace John Gibbons as the club’s manager.
