Toronto Blue Jays manager Charlie Montoyo was ejected Wednesday night for arguing balls and strikes against the Minnesota Twins.
It’s the first time the rookie manager has been tossed from a game.
The Blue Jays were losing 6-0 at the time of the ejection and are 1-5 in their last six games.
Montoyo was hired by Toronto in the off-season to replace John Gibbons as the club’s manager.
