Per Toronto Blue Jays manager Charlie Montoyo, the pitcher has been dealing with lingering symptoms from a left-shoulder pectoral cramp. On Thursday, he was ruled out of the Blue Jays’ weekend series against the Baltimore Orioles.
The All-Star Game is on Tuesday, July 9, at Progressive Field in Cleveland.
