The Toronto Blue Jays have officially activated starting pitcher Aaron Sanchez from the 10-day disabled list.
The right-hander is set to return to the mound against the Seattle Mariners on Sunday afternoon as the Blue Jays look to complete a four-game sweep and extend their season-long win streak to five games.
Sanchez last pitched on Apr. 30 against the Tampa Bay Rays when he left after the first inning with a split-nail. He has made just three starts as part of a pitching staff that has been plagued by injuries in the early going this season.
To make room for Sanchez on the roster, the Blue Jays have optioned reliever Leonel Campos to triple-A Buffalo.
First pitch between the Blue Jays and Mariners is at 1:07 p.m. ET.
