Left-handed pitcher Thomas Pannone has been sent down to the triple-A Buffalo Bisons, the Toronto Blue Jays announced on Thursday.
A corresponding move will be announced before the team takes on the Chicago White Sox on Friday night in Toronto.
Pannone has a 1-3 record so far this season, with an ERA of 7.40 and a WHIP of 1.548.
