Blue Jays outright pitcher Lucas Harrell to triple-A

The Toronto Blue Jays have assigned pitcher Lucas Harrell outright to triple-A Buffalo.

Harrell pitched 6.1 innings across seven appearances, allowing five runs on 10 hits. He struck out six batters and walked four.
