Toronto Blue Jays pitching prospect Sean Reid-Foley has been promoted to the triple-A Buffalo Bisons from double-A New Hampshire and will make his debut on Thursday afternoon.
Reid-Foley, 22, was selected in the second round of the 2014 first-year draft by the Blue Jays. He was 5-0 with a 2.03 ERA in eight starts with 52 strikeouts in 44.1 innings with New Hampshire this season.
Reid-Foley is ranked 10th among Blue Jays prospects on MLB.com.
