Blue Jays, Red Sox game officially in rain delay

Wednesday’s game between the Toronto Blue Jays and Boston Red Sox is officially in a rain delay.

#FENWAYWEATHER UPDATE: Tonight’s start time will be delayed. We’ll be sure to keep you updated regarding a new time for the first pitch!

First pitch was originally scheduled for 7:10 p.m. ET. The Red Sox did not immediately indicate when the game would start, but Sportsnet’s Hazel Mae reported the game could begin at 7:40 p.m. ET.

The Blue Jays beat the Red Sox 10-4 in Tuesday. The final game of the four-game series is scheduled for 1:05 p.m. ET on Thursday.
