The Toronto Blue Jays have reinstated Brandon Drury from the injured list and optioned Billy McKinney to their alternate training site, the club announced Sunday.

Drury will be active Sunday for the Blue Jays’ three-game series finale against the Tampa Bay Rays.

The 27-year-old slashed .218/.262/.380 with 15 home runs and 45 RBIs in 120 games at third base and the outfield in 2019. The Blue Jays avoided arbitration with the 27-year-old, signing him to a one-year, $2.05-million contract.

In 84 games with the Blue Jays last season, McKinney, an outfielder, put up a .215/.274/.422 line with 12 home runs and 28 RBI. Toronto acquired Drury and McKinney from the New York Yankees in exchange for J.A. Happ in 2018.
