The Toronto Blue Jays have released utility player Chris Coghlan.

Coghlan signed a minor-league contract with the Blue Jays in April, and has appeared in 36 games with the club this season.

The highlight of his tenure is undoubtedly his somersault over Yadier Molina of the St. Louis Cardinals to score a run in a game on April 25.

The 32-year-old has a .200/.299/.267 slash line in 88 plate appearances in 2017.
