Blue Jays’ Shapiro optimistic about new state-of-the-art Dunedin facilities

Toronto Blue Jays CEO Mark Shapiro says he is very excited and optimistic about moving forward on new state-of-the-art year round training, development and rehab facilities in Dunedin.
