Blue Jays sign Ben Revere to minor-league contract

Ben Revere is returning to the Toronto Blue Jays on a minor-league contract, the team announced Saturday.

Revere, who appeared in 56 games with the Blue Jays back in 2015, will report to Extended Spring Training this coming Tuesday.

The 30-year-old last appeared in the Major Leagues with the Los Angeles Angels in 2017, batting .275 and collecting 80 hits in 109 games.
