Bryce Harper will grace the cover of MLB The Show 19, although we’ll have to wait and see what jersey he’ll be wearing.

The six-time all-star is holding a bat and donning a grey hooded sweatshirt in the game’s first-look cover. He’s not the first athlete to appear without team affiliation as LeBron James elected not to show his jersey on the cover of NBA 2K19

Harper is currently a free agent and is expected to sign one of the most lucrative contracts in MLB history. The 26-year-old has spent his entire career with the Washington Nationals, who are certainly in the mix to retain his services. Other teams linked to Harper include the New York Yankees, Philadelphia Phillies and San Francisco Giants.

The 2015 National League MVP slashed .249/.393/.496 with 34 home runs and 100 RBIs in 2018.

The Show is scheduled for a March 26 release date, meaning Harper has plenty of time to make his decision on where to play.
