Toronto Blue Jays pitcher R.A. Dickey left Thursday’s game with neck and back tightness.

Dickey was having his best start of the season, allowing just two hits and one walk with seven strikeouts in six innings of work.

The knuckleballer threw just 64 pitches before leaving the game in his fourth start of the season.

The Blue Jays are expected to update Dickey’s status after the game against the Chicago White Sox.
