Chris Colabello is set to break his silence.
The Toronto Blue Jays first baseman will sit down with Sportsnet’s Jamie Campbell on Blue Jays Central for an exclusive interview prior to Tuesday night’s game against the Chicago White Sox. Coverage begins on Sportsnet One at 6:30 p.m. ET / 3:30 p.m. PT.
Colabello, 32, was officially suspended by MLB last Friday for 80 games without pay after testing positive for dehydrochlormethyltestosterone, an anabolic steroid that is sold under the name Turinabol.
The veteran hitter was batting .069/.156/.069 with one RBI and no home runs in 10 games for Toronto this season. He hit 15 home runs with a .321 average in 2015 in his first season with the Blue Jays.
