John Gibbons earns 700th win as Blue Jays manager

John Gibbons joined an elite club on Sunday, as the Toronto Blue Jays‘ 7-1 victory over the Pittsburgh Pirates was Gibbons’ 700th win as the team’s manager.

Gibbons is the second longest-tenured and second most-winningest manager in Blue Jays history behind Cito Gaston. The two-time World Series winner had 894 wins in his 12 seasons with Toronto.
