MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred will hold a press conference from Toronto just hours before the Blue Jays’ home opener on Monday.
Jays’ manager John Gibbons is scheduled to address the media at 4:00 p.m. ET, before handing the microphone to Manfred at 4:20.
