Major League Baseball and the MLBPA announced on Friday that there are 13 new positive cases for COVID-19 from the latest round of testing out of 13,043 samples.
Of the 13 positives, seven were players and the other six were staff members.
Weekly MLB testing data:
–13 positives (7 players, 6 staff) among 13,043 samples.
–No positives in four of last seven days.
–0.1% positive rate after 0.2% last week.

This comes on the same day that another game involving the St. Louis Cardinals was postponed after a Cardinals player tested positive.
