The Colorado Rockies have reportedly discussed Toronto Blue Jays first baseman Justin Smoak as a potential trade target.

Smoak hit 25 home runs this past season, slashing .242/.350/.457 in 147 games.

The 32-year-old was an all-star in 2017 when he posted a 131 OPS+ and 38 home runs, both career-highs.

He’s slated to earn $8 million in 2019, after which he’ll become a free agent.
