Twitter Reaction: Machado agrees to biggest free-agent deal ever

Bryce Harper is officially on the clock.

It took until the first week of spring training, but one of MLB’s big free agency dominoes has fallen as Manny Machado has reportedly agreed to a 10-year, $300-million (yes, $300 million) contract with the San Diego Padres.

The deal is the biggest free agent contract in U.S. sports history and, while we all knew Machado’s contract (and the one Harper will eventually sign) was going to be massive, the gravity of the deal has Twitter shook.
