Canada Basketball has named 20 players to its training camp squad in preparation for the FIBA Women’s AmeriCup in Puerto Rico next month.
The training camp will take place from May 20 until June 4. The tournament starts on June 11 and concludes on June 19.
This will be a warm-up of sorts ahead of the Olympic Games in Tokyo, with the men’s and women’s basketball tournaments beginning July 24. Canada is in a group with Spain, Serbia and South Korea.
