The No. 1 pick in the 2017 NBA draft will remain out of action for at least another three weeks.

The Philadelphia 76ers issued a press release Saturday confirming that Markelle Fultz is no longer experiencing soreness in his right shoulder and the scapular muscle imbalance is resolved. However, he still needs physical therapy as well as increased strength and conditioning training before ramping up his on-court activities.

The release also confirmed that Justin Anderson remains out with tibial stress syndrome (shin splints) in his left leg, and that Joel Embiid will sit out against the Cleveland Cavaliers on Saturday as a precaution to manage his minutes.

The Sixers (13-11) are currently eighth in the Eastern Conference, but have lost three of their last four games.
