CHICAGO — The Chicago Bulls have assigned guard R.J. Hunter and forward Paul Zipser to the NBA Development League’s Windy City Bulls.

Hunter, a former first-round draft pick of the Boston Celtics, has played a total of nine minutes over three games and has not scored. Zipser, a second-round pick by Chicago last summer, has played in six games.

The Bulls (11-10) have dropped three in a row, with a home game against San Antonio on Thursday.
