The Memphis Grizzlies and Utah Jazz, the two teams involved in June’s blockbuster trade headlined by Mike Conley, have announced the deal is now official.

The trade, which involved Memphis sending Conley to the Jazz in exchange for Jae Crowder, Kyle Korver, Grayson Allen and two first-round picks, was made official following the conclusion of the NBA’s free-agency moratorium period at 12 p.m. ET on July 6.

During his tenure with the Grizzlies, Conley helped lead the team to seven consecutive playoff berths, including the 2013 Western Conference Finals.
