Everyone wants a piece of the Ball family, especially LaVar. Rapper and BIG3 founder Ice Cube took to Instagram to remind Ball about a four-point shooting contest between the two, telling him to bring his sons, and his AAU basketball team.

The gauntlet was originally thrown down in May on Twitter. Ice Cube said if Ball can beat him, he’ll buy 10 pairs of Big Baller Brand shoes, adding up to a purchase of over $5,000.

Of course, Ball wasn’t going to stay quiet. A week later, he accepted the challenge and also tried to raise the stakes.

The event will take place this Sunday in Los Angeles, an hour away from the Ball family’s residence in Chino Hills.
