Qualification for this combine is directly tied to the first phase of of the tryout process, which began in early January and will conclude on the 31st. During this phase, prospective players were asked to amass 50 wins during the month of January with either the Playstation 4 or Xbox ONE version of NBA 2K 18 in order to qualify for the second phase. Players will know if they qualified in February if they see a new menu item in their game called “NBA 2K League Combine.”

For players invited to the combine, they will need to complete an online application and then play a minimum of 40 games using their primary position of choice during 12 specific playing windows when league talent assessors will presumably be taking notice.

These windows are as follows:

Feb. 2 – 8 p.m. to 12 a.m. ET
Feb. 3 – 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET
Feb. 4 – 2 p.m. to 8 p.m. ET
