NEW YORK — NBA players are dressing up for Christmas — in sleeves.
The league unveiled short-sleeved jerseys Thursday for the 10 teams that will play on the holiday, replacing the traditional sleeveless NBA uniforms.
The jerseys featured a large logo in the centre on the front of the jersey. The player’s number is featured on the left sleeve and on the back.
Adidas, which outfits NBA teams, unveiled sleeved jerseys for a few teams last season.
Playing on Christmas are Miami, New York, Brooklyn, Chicago, Houston, Oklahoma City, Golden State and both the Lakers and Clippers.
