LONDON — The NBA is not sure about playing regular-season games in London every season.
The New Jersey Nets and Toronto Raptors are playing the first two regular-season games in Europe on Friday and Saturday at the O2 Arena.
NBA deputy commissioner Adam Silver says the prospect of playing more meaningful games in the British capital “depends in large part on the success we have this weekend.”
He says: “I’m not so sure about every season, but I think it will become a regular feature.”
The NFL has played regular-season games at Wembley Stadium the last four seasons.
